In doing so, you should be able to gauge whether there are sufficient sources and supporting literature to develop a final paper of approx. 1,800-2,200 words on your selected topic. This approach will also help to lessen the chance of changing your paper topic midway through the term.
Submit 1-page outline of final paper: (1) identify the topic and problem statement; (2) introduce main points; and (3) highlight related literature on topic. Specifically, students should outline (step-by-step) how they plan to develop and organize their final paper, while referencing a few studies within the text that support their main points. Assignment due by Friday, April 17 at 8pm PST (Week 3).
